Our client is a well known and highly respected privately owned contractor. This company is a highly successful contractor and is well known for their expertise in the field of new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in primarily in London. They are looking to expand their commercial function, which is currently supported by a full order book.

They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for all financial matters from commencement to final account.


Sectors are within the education, public buildings and social housing with typical values being 1m / 2m.

They expect the candidate to ideally have a quantity surveying degree, have at least 5 years experience and come from a general contracting background. He/she will report directly to the Commercial Director.

As well as a competitive salary, they offer travel allowance, group personal pension plan, private medical insurance scheme and death in service benefit for the permanent role.
