Our client is a well known and highly respected privately owned contractor. This company is a highly successful contractor and is well known for their expertise in the field of new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in primarily in London. They are looking to expand their commercial function, which is currently supported by a full order book.

They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for all financial matters from commencement to final account.


Sectors are within the education, public buildings and social housing with typical values being £1m / £2m.

They expect the candidate to ideally have a quantity surveying degree, have at least 5  years experience and come from a general contracting background. He/she will report directly to the Commercial Director.

As well as a competitive salary, they offer travel allowance, group personal pension plan, private medical insurance scheme and death in service benefit for the permanent role.
