About the Company: This company is a highly regarded and respected privatised specialist sub-contractor within the Demolition, Groundworks & RC Frames. They have established themselves as one of the strongest sub contractors in the South East able to deliver the all-in-one package for their clients, using all their own plant, and having the knowledge and experience to deliver all the demolition, groundworks and frame effectively. Current group turnover is at 100m with the demolition division having a turnover of circa 30m.
About the Role: The client is seeking to take on a degree qualified, highly driven and determined Quantity Surveyor with knowledge and experience working within Demolition, Cut & Carve and Structural Alterations projects up to 10m. Our client wants someone who can manage from front end through to final accounts with minimal hassle, liaise accordingly in a professional manner to clients, as well as on site with operational staff.
About the Requirements: You must be degree qualified and have worked in Demolition/Cut & Carve/Structural Alterations for at least 3yrs. You will be required to manage and guide the more Junior members of the commercial department at times and be a highly driven and determined individual.
