ReCon Advisory Partners are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in and around the London area on behalf of a civil engineering company. The company are looking for an individual who can play a vital part within their business having many responsibilities to ensure the business becomes even more successful.

 

Key Responsibilities;

Contacting potential clients by telephone or meeting face to face to discuss their requirements, offer advice and provide them with an estimate of the likely costs. 

To provide technical knowledge and input into the process of quoting, site surveys and design.

Liaising with managers and key decision makers within the business.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.

Conduct risk assessments and incorporate contingency plans in estimates.

 

Requirements;

Preferred degree in quantity surveying or associated construction field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Quantity Surveyor.

Experience working on Water treatment projects

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs.

Proven and able to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high quality standards for every client.

 

Pay;

£45,000 - £65,000 DOE
