Key Responsibilities
- Provide quantity surveying expertise on various construction projects
- Assist with or take on Employer's Agent duties as required
- Manage project costs effectively
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and success of the consultancy
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience
- Some Employer's Agent experience (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Proactive and adaptable team player
