Responsibilities:
Presenting accurate monthly valuations to clients on time
Assessing subcontractor valuations
Pricing and negotiating variations
Preparing and submitting final accounts
Procuring downstream subcontracts
Negotiating upstream contracts post-tender
Contract management generally
