Quantity Surveyor - City of London
Our client specialises in luxury commercial and residential refurb projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team that has experience working on high end fit out projects, up to £15mil in value. They are happy to take candidates with varying levels of experience, ideally from 2yrs+ experience postgrad.
All of their sites are Central London based working on some of London's most exclusive projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and has a strong pipeline of work through 2024.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end commercial or residential refurbishment projects
- Client facing and presentable
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Central London based sites
- Salary: £45-60,000 per annum
