Quantity Surveyor Needed!

The firm is looking to hire an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor, with experience in the insurance sector and project management of projects up to £10 million.

The role involves participation in numerous projects, handling both contract administration and project monitoring services.

You will have/will be:

  • MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Extensive knowledge of building construction, relevant legislation, and contracts
  • Ability to plan projects to ensure robust control of time, cost, and quality
  • Experience in the provision of all core Building Surveying Services
  • Experience in schedule preparation and contract administration of building projects
  • Experience in principal designer work (advantageous)
  • Highly responsible and decisive, yet a team player
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
  • Committed to delivering and exceeding outstanding client service
  • Composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Assisting, managing, and mentoring junior surveyors
