The firm is looking to hire an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor, with experience in the insurance sector and project management of projects up to £10 million.
The role involves participation in numerous projects, handling both contract administration and project monitoring services.

You will have/will be:
- MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Extensive knowledge of building construction, relevant legislation, and contracts
- Ability to plan projects to ensure robust control of time, cost, and quality
- Experience in the provision of all core Building Surveying Services
- Experience in schedule preparation and contract administration of building projects
- Experience in principal designer work (advantageous)
- Highly responsible and decisive, yet a team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
- Committed to delivering and exceeding outstanding client service
- Composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills and empathy
- Assisting, managing, and mentoring junior surveyors
