Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Package: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus car allowance
Skilled Careers are working with a Specialist Stone Subcontractor based in Central who work closely with High End Hotels and have an impressive turnover of nearly £20m.
Due to excellent growth, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on several projects in Central London and ideally you will have joinery or fit out experience.
Responsibilities
- Would be working on a variety of projects across London mainly within the Hotel sector but also involved with clients abroad.
- This role also requires working closely with the client and the sales team so is important you have excellent personal skills.
- Role would also entail working closely within the Estimating team and also getting involved with the Estimating.
- Project sectors that you would be working within include Commercial, External, Hospitality and Residential.
Requirements
- Experience within Joinery and Fit Out.
- Would be a bonus if you have experience within stone but not essential.
- Someone who has excellent people skills as you will be working closely with the client.
- Ideally has been involved with Estimating in the past.
