Our client, a leading Main Contractor, specialising in office fitout, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis due to continued growth based from their Manchester or London office. The QS will be working on high-end office fit-outs across the UK, focusing on projects from £50k to £10M plus. The QS will be working as a key member of the commercial team, based from the Manchester office with sites visits as required across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established an expanding company, who deliver some incredible projects for both blue-chip and boutique clients. Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Hold a HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience
  • A knowledge of office fitout

  • Must be professional and presentable
