The Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialise in prime residential refurbishments have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of 25 million the company have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.
Quantity surveyor Role
Projects range from 1 million to 9 million.
- Cost Reporting
- Tender and contract documents
- CVR's
- Bills of Quants
- Attend professional and client meetings
- Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigate commercial risks
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- 3 years + Experience
- Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team Management
