A refurbishment contractor, with a strong order book based on their excellent service, would like to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with the right drive and ambition to meet their business needs.
Established for over 20 years, they have a forged their burgeoning reputation within external and internal refurbishment of both modern and heritage buildings in London.
In your role as QS, you will be responsible for up to 3 JCT projects, ranging in value from 100,000 - 500,000.
Your skills, experience and attributes will include the following;
- Ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver on each of your projects
- Team player, who will take responsibility
- Demonstrate strong negotiating and commercial skills
- Good construction and technical knowledge.
- HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 7 years post graduate experience
- Good understanding on effective management of a schedule of works.
