A growing multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects across various sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor's RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver professional quantity surveying and employers agent services, managing projects in the public/social, residential, education, and commercial sectors, with a focus on both new builds and refurbishments.

Key responsibilities include handling pre- and post-contract duties such as cost estimates, tender documents, valuations, and final accounts. You will collaborate with design teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills; effective in collaborative team environments
  • Proficiency in cost estimating software and relevant industry regulations
