4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor based in West London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of super prime residential refurbishments valued up to £20m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules
- Ensure contractual compliance and handle contract administration
- Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Provide regular financial reports and monitor project progress
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value
- Support decision-making with accurate cost assessments
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a high-end residential refurbishment main contractor
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and cost management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
