As a Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in overseeing cost management for a variety of modular and traditional design and build projects. Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

* Managing all costs associated with modular construction and traditional design-build projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
* Preparing essential documentation such as tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities to effectively control project costs.
* Evaluating cost variations and providing regular financial reports to all relevant stakeholders.

As A Quantity Surveyor You Will Have:

* Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and financial management.
* Experience with both traditional and modular construction methods, working closely with design and build contractors.
* Ideally, experience managing residential or high-rise construction projects.
* Experience with construction contracts, procurement strategies, and financial management.
* Commutable to London
