Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of a highly experienced team, managing multiple high-value residential projects across London. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
In-depth understanding of traditional building methods and materials used in refurbishing listed buildings and high-end period properties.
Confidently manage relationships with architects, quantity surveyors, clients, and subcontractors.
Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy in tracking and pricing project variations.
Lead the preparation and submission of valuations and final accounts.
Provide regular cost analysis data and identify opportunities for improving project delivery methods.
Manage subcontractor orders, ensuring contracts are placed within budget and performance is monitored.
Experience and Skills:
Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility in representing the company and the Quantity Surveyor role.
A practical, logical, and methodical problem-solving approach.
Confidence in working directly with industry professionals and managing multiple stakeholders.
