About the role of Quantity Surveyor
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Tier 1 Main contractors who are thriving in the construction industry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing budget and cost estimations on a 70m valued commercial project in London. This an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Monitoring actual expenses against budget plans while reporting significant price fluctuations and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts
- Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matters after preparing and agreeing on any necessary claims for reimbursements and loss or expenses
- Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the team
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
This company are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is eager to learn and progress their career. They are committed to training and aiding your career development.
- Travel on-site 5 days a week
- Have experience on supporting projects from 40m
- Hold the full right to work in the UK
