We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading company specialising in structural steel. This exciting role involves working on a variety of large-scale projects, ensuring the effective management of costs and budgets across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all costs related to structural steel projects from initial estimates to final accounts.
  • Liaising with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure budgetary compliance and project efficiency.
  • Preparing detailed valuations, reports, and costings for each stage of the project.
  • Managing contracts and tenders, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the structural steel industry.
  • Proven experience managing budgets for projects valued at £2M+.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, and cost control.
  • Ability to work both remotely and attend sites as needed across the UK and Ireland.
