An innovative and fast-growing architectural consultancy with a collaborative and diversely skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team near Farringdon.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a variety of impactful projects, contributing to new build residential, refurbishment, and fire remediation and cladding projects valued between 3.5m and 50m.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of 50 professionals, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and Building Surveyors.
You will manage projects across the new build residential sector, as well as oversee complex refurbishment projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as an Employer's Agent on JCT D&B schemes and participate in legal claim work, providing a rounded and rewarding role with room for professional growth.
The Quantity Surveyor
The consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who brings:
- A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy or PQS firm.
- Strong knowledge of the residential sector, with experience on projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with JCT contracts.
- MRICS.
