This is a fantastic opportunity to quickly progress your career whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance and gaining exposure to a high profile, challenging project.As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering value-driven input to projects, ensuring all commercial aspects are managed effectively in line with the contract and the clients expectations. You'll be part of a busy site based team, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and become an integral member of a cohesive and dynamic team.Your role will involve cost control, contract management, risk assessment, and effective communication with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. You other responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and issuing accurate, timely, and compliant notices and correspondence.
  • Preparing applications, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations.
  • Controlling costs, forecasting, and providing input into monthly financial reports.
  • Handling contract management, including negotiating and finalizing supply chain contracts.
  • Assisting with risk and value management to optimize project outcomes.
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Keeping meticulous records and preparing contractual correspondence on behalf of the project team.
