You'll be part of a busy site based team, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and become an integral member of a cohesive and dynamic team.Your role will involve cost control, contract management, risk assessment, and effective communication with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. You other responsibilities will include:
- Managing and issuing accurate, timely, and compliant notices and correspondence.
- Preparing applications, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations.
- Controlling costs, forecasting, and providing input into monthly financial reports.
- Handling contract management, including negotiating and finalizing supply chain contracts.
- Assisting with risk and value management to optimize project outcomes.
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Keeping meticulous records and preparing contractual correspondence on behalf of the project team.

What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in contract management, cost control, and risk analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of the NEC contract and previous heavy civil engineering and/or infrastructure experience
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamworking.
