Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure Project, West London
Contract: (Apply online only) per day / Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking your next exciting challenge? Join a leading main contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.

This is a 6 month contract role, offering a competitive day rate of 500-600 (inside IR35) via an Umbrella Company.

As a key member of the commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of large concrete structures on the high-profile project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing costs, contracts, and budgets to maximize project profitability.
• Preparing accurate valuations, forecasts, and final accounts.
• Overseeing subcontractor procurement and payment.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to drive project success.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with:

• Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to manage change processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
