This thriving specialist contractor is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects valued between £250k and £8m, covering enabling works, structural alterations, basement construction, and remediation.
You’ll work across a variety of exciting and technically complex projects, splitting your time between the central London office and project sites. Key responsibilities include cost management, valuations, and final accounts, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the senior commercial team, you’ll play a vital role in driving project profitability and success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong foundation in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of industry experience (main contractor or sub-contractor backgrounds are welcome).
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to independently manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
