Daily Rate: 350 - 450 (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Contractor working on an exciting Civils/Rail project in Ealing, London. This is a long-term opportunity, with the project set to begin in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of cost management for civil and rail works.
- Conducting accurate measurements and providing cost estimates.
- Preparing and submitting tender documents, bills of quantities, and progress reports.
- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and the project team to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Assisting with procurement, valuing work completed, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering or rail sector.
- Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and procurement.
- Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects (Tier 1 contractor experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
