A well-established consultancy, based near Liverpool Street, is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding Projects Team. This close-knit team specialises in delivering exceptional services across a variety of commercial properties, including offices, laboratories, and warehouses, for private sector clients.



About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is also interested in taking on some Project Management responsibilities. The role is anticipated to involve an 85% focus on QS and 15% on PM activities.

Candidates should have:

  • Commercial Expertise: Experience working within the commercial property sector is essential, preferably within a larger firm environment.
  • Versatility and Drive: Individuals with multi-disciplined expertise, such as QS and PM, are particularly suited to the role. Experience as an Employer's Agent (EA) is desirable but not essential.
  • Business Development Skills: An interest in contributing to business growth and promoting the consultancy is highly valued.
  • Qualifications: RICS accreditation is required.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects, including:

  • CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, structural refurbishments, and office remodelling.
  • Delivering QS services to a high standard across complex projects.
  • Supporting project management efforts to ensure seamless delivery.

The role involves working closely with a team that includes a Director and Senior QS, as well as direct collaboration with Board-level Directors.
