About the role of Quantity Surveyor
New opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a tier 1 main contractor who has a turnover of over 1bn. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a 30m project consisting of 3 industrial units at Heathrow Airport. The PSCA will be carried out from their office in Canary Wharf then 5 days on site.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
- Monitoring actual expenses against budget plans while reporting significant price fluctuations and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts
- Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matters
- Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the team
Key Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
This main contractor is seeking an innovative Quantity Surveyor who will thrive in their diverse and successful team. You will be a problem solver with a high level work ethic.
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Worked on previous projects valued at 20m+
- Live within commutable distance from Heathrow Airport
