Your Role as Quantity Surveyor

  • Deliver Excellence: Play a key role in pre and post-contract stages, ensuring flawless project execution.

The Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will be client facing and passionate about getting involved in London's high-end residential projects, ideally experienced leading projects independently, across any sectors but with an interest for prime residential.

  • Ambitious Professional: At least 3-4 years' experience in Quantity Surveying. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management setting.
  • Residential Enthusiast: Excited about high-end residential projects and eager to make your mark.
  • Driven & Adaptable: Confident, client-facing, and ready to take ownership of your work.
