Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work on an exciting and transformative regeneration project? Join our client as they embark on a major redevelopment of the Barnsbury Estate in Islington, just minutes from King’s Cross.This long-term project, currently in the preconstruction phase, will create over 900 new homes across the next decade, alongside two parks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a community center. As part of this ambitious initiative, you’ll work closely with Construction, Technical, and Cost Planning teams to deliver quality packages on time and within budget.Your Role:
  • Oversee the procurement of a variety of internal and external construction packages in line with tender schedules.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of the project, including package management, CVRs, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure seamless delivery of construction packages.
  • Utilize your expertise in payment systems and Excel to support project operations effectively.
