They're on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the commercial success of this landmark project. Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Manage project costs, applications for payment, valuations, and cash flow while maintaining accurate records and contractual documents.
  • Contract Expertise: Ensure all contract management is carried out in line with project policies, optimising solutions and managing risk effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports covering value, cost, profit/loss, and forecasting.
  • Liaison: Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and customer representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Procurement & Negotiation: Lead supply chain contract negotiations and oversee final close-outs.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all work complies with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across the project.
