Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
* Dealing with drawings and schedules.
* Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts and understanding sub-contractor rates.
* Pricing and managing change/variations.
* Site Meetings.
* Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a builders office or for a sub-contractor.
* Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
* Good communication and inter-personal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.
