Sonic Summary

A leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor is seeking Quantity Surveyors with a commercial bias in MEP for positions in London and Kent.
They are also looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with similar qualifications for the same locations.
Additionally, there is an opening for an MEP Commercial Lead in Bexhill, Sussex for a year-long project.
The MEP project values range from 30 to 50 million each, requiring candidates with experience in Government, Health, Education, Science, and Military of Defence sectors.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a competitive salary offered based on qualifications.

SeniorQuantity Surveyor's - MEP Commercial biased. London /Kent

Also an MEP Commercial Lead in Sussex- Bexhill for a years project- Commercial site.

MEP Values range from 30 to 50 million each.

Experience with Governement, Health, Education, Science , Military of Defence, JV is preferred over residential only.
