This principal contractor is well-known for delivering complex construction and engineering projects. It prides itself on its in-house divisions in specialist areas, that directly employs over 500 trade operatives.
There is an immediate requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on one of London's most prestigious projects (it's a belter). The scheme is a major refurbishment, with structural alterations, to create 100+ bed hotel within a Grade I Listed building with restaurants, bars, spa, 300-cover ballroom, and also private residences. Project value approx. 150m, due for completion early to mid-2026.
Joining an existing site-based team, the Quantity Surveyor will initially be involved with pricing elements of works and putting sub-contract packages together.
