The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is your chance to step into a role where you'll have real responsibility and autonomy. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage a variety of projects across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, and Industrial, with budgets ranging from 1m to 50m.
You'll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle, working directly with clients and delivering a full range of pre- and post-contract services. The Quantity Surveyor
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards accreditation.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS firm / Consultancy
- Experience independently managing projects from inception to completion.
- Skilled in both pre- and post-contract services.
- A proactive, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills.
