About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be effectively managing costs for RC frame low-rise developments with a high quality developer that has been building for over 65 years. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site ensuring all targets are met. You will be working for a developer who are committed to producing high standards 100% of the time whilst supporting your career progression.
Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Compiling all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Managing and controlling the budget as well as valuations, and having the ability to show absolute cost and value reconciliation
- Process Subcontract orders, payments and variations, using Excel and Group payment system (COINS) in line with Group policy and procedures
Key Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
This developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor able to build relationships through their effective communication skills contributing to their supportive environment. You must have knowledge on the market, building regulations, codes of practise and NHBC requirements.
- Valid CSCS card
- Excellent attention to detail with strong IT skills
- Live within commutable distance from West London
