Quantity Surveyor required for complex 80m+ residential and commercial project with change and variations in South London.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and are dominating the London Construction space. You will be working on site on a 80m+ 4 block residential and commercial development that requires part demolition and rebuild. This project has over 20m of change so someone who is resilient and keen and eager as will be a real opportunity to learn and grown your commercial experience. This is a full time site based position in South London.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing change and variations. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing the full downstream process and will assist with feeding in to CVRs
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Experience with another Main Contractor
- Procurement of packages
