This role will involve managing all aspects of cost management for social housing projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will come with aSocial Housing, K&B Refurbishment background.
We are looking for a certain candidate who is able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a team, along with this you will have good communication skills and be able to approach completion of projects in a organised way. You will be required to maintain the highest quality standards.
