Your Next Role – What You’ll Be DoingThis thriving specialist contractor is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects valued between £250k and £8m, covering enabling works, structural alterations, basement construction, and remediation.You’ll work across a variety of exciting and technically complex projects, splitting your time between the central London office and project sites. Key responsibilities include cost management, valuations, and final accounts, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
