We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail, to manage all aspects of costing and budgeting in construction projects within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of costing and budgeting in construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for project costs.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms with external contractors.
  • Ensure materials and works are procured at competitive prices.
  • Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders informed of the status.
  • Assess and manage risk in the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
