Project Quantity Surveyor required for major international developer who are establishing themselves in the UK
About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor
This is an opportunity to join a new residential developer who are recently established in the UK but have an international turnover of 4.5 billion. They currently have 2 live sites with a total of 36 units. These projects are fast moving with a completion date towards the end of 2025. The company are acquiring land across London and looking to add a permanent full time Quantity Surveyor to the team who will be working on traditional build and RC frame projects.
You will be involved of all aspects of the Quantity Surveying role, leasing with the team to ensure the commercial success of the projects from tender and procurement to final accounts, ensuring you are adhering to the contractual requirements.
Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor:
The company are looking for a candidate who has a dynamic mind set and will enjoy working in a small business unit with real opportunity to become an integral part of the team as the company grows in the UK. You will be able to work independently, with good communicaiton and organisanal skills ideally with experience on both RC Frame and Traditional build construction.
- Degree in a construction related subject
- RICS Chartered
- 5 years minimum experince
- Be willing to travel to sites outside london for the next 9 months

The company are a major international developer with an annual turnover of 4.5b with work in Italy, Austrailia and Tiwain. Established in the UK in 2022 and the backing of a private equity firm they are in the process of establishing themseves across London.
