My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the M&E sector for a long-term contract position.
The role offers a salary of £400 - 450 per shift, along with the flexibility of working from home and the client's offices in London.
Candidates should have experience working on ECI stages, including design and pricing responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, producing bills of quantities, and working on NEC3 or JCT style contracts.
This position is ideal for individuals with M&E project experience looking for a stable, long-term role, and it is outside IR35.

My client requires a Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the M&E sector to join their business working on a long term contract basis.

Paying £400 - 450 a shift + Working a mix from home & the clients offices in London + Outside IR35 + Weekly payments.

This role will suit someone who has worked on the ECI stages which will involve design and pricing.

Overview/Responsibilities:

• Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor • Producing a bill or quantities• Measurement and takeoff• Working on NEC3 or JCT style contracts• Identify any variations/risks to contracted works

This position would suit anyone who has worked on M&E projects and someone who is looking for a very long term role offering stability.

Salary ranges from £400 - 450 a shift based on experience with weekly payments - OUTSIDE IR35.
