Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for a Demolition, Groundworks and Civils Contractor based in at their office in Wimbledon South London.

The successful Candidate will work on a varied and wide range of projects with values ranging from £1m- 5m. They will have a track record of working within a similar role. Ideally the candidate should also have an understanding of the estimating side of the business and would be able to put prices and tenders together when required.

The candidate needs to be

Commercially aware and have

Experience within this field.

They need to be self directed and work independently where necessary

Strong Negotiating skills

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Good IT skills

Open to hybrid working

Fluent in English

Degree or equivalent qualification and relevant experience in Groundworks and civils

Rate and package negotiable based on experience but can include pension and healthcare on a paye basis. Self employed also an option. 

office hours are 8am to 5pm
