We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury refurbishments, they are seeking a numbers-driven QS who can confidently manage costs from tender through to completion across multiple projects.
The Role:- Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, and variations
- Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects independently
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Working closely with site teams and senior management
- Strong QS with a proven track record and a keen eye for numbers
- JCT contract experience is essential
- High-end residential experience is beneficial but not essential
- Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel
- UK experience is a must, with a background in full project lifecycle management
