The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a vibrant, high-performing team of 16 professionals, split between Quantity Surveying and Project Management.

This consultancy is thriving in the Residential sector, working primarily with private clients, while also delivering projects for public sector clients. With a diverse portfolio ranging from £1m to £140m, their work spans low-rise (circa 3 storeys) and high-rise (circa 15 storeys) developments.

Beyond Residential, they are actively involved in exciting Arts & Culture and Education projects across London, offering a dynamic and varied workload that keeps every project fresh and engaging.

The Quantity Surveyor

You will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • The ability to take lead on projects
  • A successful track record leading projects
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Residential sector experience is highly desirable
  • Good pre & post contract experience
