This leading main contractor have an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a 50M super prime residential scheme in North London on a temp to perm contract.
Our client is working on 5 pent house apartments and they need a capable Surveyor, assisting the project with a team of surveyors currently working on the project reporting into a Managing Surveyor.
For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the residential sector, for either tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
