Our client is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join the team from their Central London office due to exciting, ongoing growth. In this permanent position, you'll work on premier office fit-out projects across the UK-ranging from £50K to over £10M-delivering exceptional results for blue-chip and boutique clients alike. As a key member of the commercial team, you'll blend office-based strategy with on-site visits, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and profitability.

Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £40k - £65k DOE

- Operating as a key member of the commercial team
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Working both in the office, from home and onsite as required
- Full array of quantity surveying duties
- Final accounts
- Liaising with sub-contractors & site teams
- Extensive list of duties can be provided at interview stage
- Hold a HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience
- Must have prior experience within design and build fit out
- Open to AQS's looking for the next step
- Must be professional and presentable
