We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile refurbishment project in SW London. This prestigious project involves converting a hospital into luxury apartments across two phases:

  • Phase 2: 106 high-end apartments
  • Phase 3: 112 high-end apartments


The ideal candidate will have solid experience in refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects, with a proven ability to manage costs, budgets, and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cost-related aspects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, track budgets, and ensure expenditure stays on target.
  • Work closely with project managers and contractors to keep the project on schedule.
  • Provide expertise in refurbishment and cut-and-carve techniques to address complex issues.
  • Assess subcontractor bids and manage variations.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in refurbishment/cut-and-carve projects, ideally on high-end residential developments.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
