About the Role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a team of 8 on a 450 unit development consisting of 3 blocks. The development includes apartments and penthouses with up to 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam, bar, gym and cinema rooms. Location wise, the site is only a ten minute walk from either Imperial Wharf station or Fullham Broadway. It is currently in phase 3 of 5. The developer are excited to welcome a hardworking Quantity Surveyor on board and provide them with their own personal career path.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
- Manage the downstream process such as handling subcontractor packages
- Adhering to contractual requirements
- Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
- Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
- Minimum 4 years of experience at a Developer
- Live within commutable distance from Fullham
- Process-driven or able to adapt to a process-driven environment
- Passionate Quantity Surveyor with strong organisational skills
