Lead the Commercial Management of High-End Residential Projects
Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take full commercial control of prestigious residential refurbishments? This could be the perfect role for you.
We are seeking a commercially astute and client-focused QS to join a dynamic specialist team, delivering high-end refurbishments across Chelsea, Kensington, and other prime London locations.
You’ll be working with high-net-worth clients who demand the very best, so professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are key.
Your Role – Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role where you’ll take full ownership of your projects. You’ll collaborate with clients, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to an exceptional standard.
- Oversee the full commercial process, including procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and their professional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically handling 2–3 live refurbishments at any given time.
- Work within a small, expert team – alongside two Project Managers and another QS, contributing to 4–6 live projects across the company.
- Enhance reporting and commercial processes to support the company’s continued growth.

- 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying – Open to candidates from main contracting, refurb, fit-out, residential, or commercial backgrounds.
- Strong commercial acumen – Capable of managing projects independently while protecting profit margins.
- Client-facing expertise – Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and their consultants.
- Proactive mindset – A problem solver who takes ownership and delivers results.
- Salary: Up to £70,000 + package (depending on experience).
