About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting opportunity for an ambitious mid-level quantity surveyor to join one of the UK's leading fit out contractors and work as project lead on multiple sites at a time with values ranging up to 30 million.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
* Overseeing multiple projects at a time, with values ranging from 100,000 to 3 million.
* Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
* Pricing and managing change/variations.
* Site Meetings.
* Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
* 5 years experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
* Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
* Good communication and inter-personal skills.
* Ambitious, strong willed, personable and confident in their role.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.
What we offer for a Quantity Surveyor:
* 50k-65k base annual salary.
