My client is a successful independently owned residential developer.
In line with an increased work load (moving from c150 completed units this year to c300 planned units in 2027) they are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels.

Projects are Traditional build housing (not apartments).

Current projects are varied and in locations such as Martham, Norfolk | Leicestershire | Luton | Colchester
2 x 200 Units
2 x 70 Units

All future projects will be in London and the North Home Counties.

The role will be office based in their new Canary Wharf office with site visits.

Will pay excellent salaries and exceptional performance related bonuses.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Quantity Surveying (reflective of level), relevant qualifications, and a stable career history.

Developer or Main Contractor background
Traditional Build Housing experience (scattered housing not apartments)
