Quantity Surveyor / Permanent Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy based in London. This permanent role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of prestigious projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost control and budgeting for high-value projects
- Deliver pre and post-contract services
- Provide accurate cost estimates and financial reporting
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards
Skills & Experience:
- RICS accreditation (preferred)
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally on large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of cost management processes
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
