About the Role

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The induvial will be responsible for preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. They will also gain experience in the core areas of Quantity Surveying such as cost estimates, feasibility studies, procurement and progress reports. The successful candidate will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.

About the Requirements

The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor. The individual will manage project costs, ensuring financial efficiency. Ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and accreditation from bodies like RICS or CIOB. Key skills include cost estimation, contract management, procurement strategies, and construction software proficiency. Experience in cost consultancy, local regulations, and sustainability is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial. About the Salary

Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience. Other benefits are also included but will be discussed at interview stage.
